This is our renovation project.
3 Saxon place was originally built in 1967 - designed by the architect who then lived in it until he passed away in 2018.
The location is just what we wanted - easy walking into the centre of St Neots and near to the river.
The downside was that the whole place needed renovating - some updating, some tearing out, and some structual changes.
Nov 2019
- Bathroom and toilet refitted
- Reglaze 4 internal doors
- Loads of woodwork to repaint
- Repair to loggia skylight

- Utiity room fitted
- Kitchen cupboards repainted as temporary fix

- Utility room is the main project
- Panelling garden room
August 2019
- Finally moved in!
- Bedroom 1 - strip wallpaper, replaster around windows and paint
July 2019
- Bedroom 3 skrting installed and carpeted
- Hall stairs landing painted
- Lounge repainted, fire surround tiled
- Study - skirting, new sockets and blind
June 2019
- Bedroom 3 painted
- New landing light
- Study replastered, repainted and new lighting installed
May 2019
- Plastering finished in B2
- Installed back door, electricity cabinet, moved small window
- Gas CH installed
- Moved electricity supply
Up to April
- Redecorated famiy room plus laminate floor
- Garden tidied, tree removed and new plantings
- Garden room refelted and made watertight
